TESTING EQUIPMENT LIST

Logicstat develops various types of electrical testing apparatus and equipment. These are made on order. Following is the list:

1. Megohmmeter

‘Logicstat’ MEGOHMMETER is a portable unit for measuring insulation resistance from 900 megohms to 50 megohms at 500 V D.C. Apart from this, it has been provided with an extra facility of testing any product at 500 volts A.C. 50C/S. the equipment is extremely simple in operation

 

2. Capacity Tester

The ‘Logicstat capacity Tester which is also known as ’20 hour Capacity Tester' has been designed to find out the capacities of lead acid batteries as per the method given by I. S. specification 7372. The equipment is completely automatic and consists of a built in charger for charging the batteries and an automatic discharging circuit for the calculation of capacity. The complete unit consists of three components:
1. Charging unit 2. Discharging unit
3. Voltage sensing & time recording unit
 

3. High Rate Discharge Tester

‘Logicstat’ High Rate Discharge Testing Equipment has been designed keeping in view the specification IS 7372 for testing of load acid batteries. The operation has so maintained that the possibility of the time or voltage is concerned. The concerned the control of the current for current for falling voltage has been attained by use of a screw control on a carbon pile.

 

4. PinHole Tester

The PinHole tester is a quality control item which provides a final function test to cable insulation. This unit utilizes device to sense electrical breakdown through any flaws in the cable. This unit is made as per IS: 4800.
