Self Management Initiative and Activities

The Self management initiative has been possible due to our studies in Vedanta and Vipassana. Vedanta is know-how of life and are contained in the Vedas. Logicstat is one of the first companies in India to apply Vedantic principles of management.

Vipassana is actively practiced by two of the directors and it helps in promotion of self analysis and removes negativities.

Logicstat urges its employees to take part in the above activities.

MISSION:
At Logicstat it is a mission to help each person to realize his/her full potential. The management has taken up the responsibility of not only tackling their material problems, but, also helps them in solving problems of life. These problems may have a reference to their family, mental health, relationship with other humans, ethical or moral right and wrong actions, tackling undesirable habits and many other subjects.

We at Logicstat believe that a human being does not have only material needs. In fact he requires greater satisfaction in his emotional, intellectual and spiritual personalities. Material prosperity can only help him raise his standard of comforts but Self Management Initiative helps them raise their standard of life. It makes him more comfortable with himself and his surroundings. It is this self respecting, productive, and independent individual that we strive to bring out through our dynamic effort. This we believe is the basis of our relationship with our employees. The results shows that we have been very successful through our efforts. And in turn, our employees share their joys and sorrows with us and give us a high level of dedication.

RESULTS:
The results of our efforts are not only seen in removing the negative influences but also have seen positive growth in the relationship with our employees.

Harmony and Identification:  each individual identifies completely with a company and feels a part of this large family. He in turn works whole–heartedly.

Employees Participation: four employees though illiterates (in the literal meaning of the term), are handling the complete management of four departments;

Dedication: there is high degree of dedication to the work and consequent job satisfaction.

Personal Harmony: The personnel lives of employees have improved to a large extend since they joined Logicstat.

Creativity: Enhancement in employee creativity and problem solving approaches.

Self Control and Self Assessment: There is no supervisor over the employees. The employees set their targets for the day and try to achieve it by themselves.
